Confidently Crush Your Goals

Successful leaders say to create vision boards and really think about our goals. Write them out and post them where you will see them. Maybe your first goal is to create your goals. Consider what you need to do to grow your business. What does success mean to you and what are you going to do about it?   • Specific: Define who, what, where, when, how and why etc.
  • Measurable: Define a metric or milestone to track results.
  • Achievable/Attainable: Clear any detours or roadblocks.
  • Realistic/Relevant: Align with your objective and circumstance.
  • Timely: Determine your timeline or duration for achieving your goals.
  • I am going to do something crazy and share my goals with the world and hold myself accountable and put it out there for everyone to see.
Here goes nothing……..
My 2019 goals (totally stepping out of my comfort zone here) are:
  1. Invest in a CRM system and organize physical office space
  2. Inspire 3 new team members/month and reach $500 in sales/month
  3. Increase my social media following by 25% quarterly
  4. Earn extra income through my blog and my website
  5. Book spot as guest speaker at future GBN events
I am so excited and pumped up about this that I decided to also share this list on my blog and to the Facebook world for all to see.
The big picture is that I want to grow my business and connect with more people, more people that I can inspire. I want my friends to trust me so much that they buy my products and fall in love with them, and tell their friends, and word spreads, and those who want to build their own business and be their own boss come to me and partner with me because they believe in themselves!!! I also want to make everyone feel beautiful and confident and provide exceptional customer service. And I want to grow as a person of course.
So I challenge you…..
What are your goals? Scream them from the roof tops and face your fears! Dream big and keep your eyes on the prize. You know that vision board (aka “dream” board) you made? What are you going to do to get there? Do you want to increase your SEO and the number of followers? Do you want to learn more about Facebook and Instagram, and all those other apps? Do you have a YouTube channel? Do you want to establish a weekly routine and increase engagement by 25% every quarter?
Maybe you focus on your brand and attraction marketing specifically. Maybe you dedicate a percentage of funds to training. I like the 80/20 rule here–80% of the time you need to do what you are doing and 20% of the time you train. Maybe you start your own blog and website (I did this and I love it!!!!). I am going to take my own advice and start small with high level goals and share them with the world, i.e. Facebook and Instagram.
